Prairie Hotel Parachilna _DSC2661

As today is Graham’s birthday, we celebrated with dinner at the Prairie Hotel, Parachilna. What do you eat on you birthday in the outback, an FMG (Feral mixed grill) of course. It consisted of a camel sausage, emu fillet mignon and kangaroo fillet.
