Sciuris carolinensis

This is the type of squirrel which is most common to my area. It is called the Eastern Grey squirrel, but can be either black or grey. Most of the local squirrels are black... but the grey ones among them are actually the same species.
This almost doesn’t look real! A beautiful capture, but not the colour we are used to seeing!

Well he’s pretty, I like his fur color, ours are kind of grey brown and not pretty or classy at all.
