He goes to preschool Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. We usually have around 30 minutes to kill between dropping his big brother off to school and the time I need to drop him off. We would go to a lake nearby and go for short walks (with my camera) most of the time. When it's raining or when we simply don't feel like exploring, I would just park the car facing the lake and we'll just listen to the radio and sing along while watching what's going on around us.
I cherish our 30 minute morning routine before school and feel so blessed to have this opportunity to talk and listen to him without interruptions (well, unless there are some birds close by). I'm hoping that even at his age, he would remember our short morning walks...and if he doesn't, I at least have a lot of proofs to show him smile emoticon
This is my favorite shot of the few pictures I took of him this morning. It shows how he knows when to “pause” or simply let me know that he's done smiling for the camera.
