Oh, dear, Milanie - I saw the words 'skipped date' and though you were going to tell us about a species of bug - how silly am I ? !
This is gorgeous, the light on the flower is lovely and the colours vibrant and jewel-like against the black background. The opening bud balances the shot beautifully.
