Because not much else was! Did substitute a sky from the other day to replace the bland white one I was looking at. Just learned how to do that! Perked up this little sparrow.
How clever to change the sky! I'll have to learn how to do that. I'm just getting my feet wet with Lightroom. This looks like a Chipping Sparrow! We look forward to their arrival each Spring. Their unmistakable trill (like the sound of a sewing machine) will ring loud from our woods. I love the painterly quality to this image. Beautiful!
@tommykeith@janetb So far it's the easiest thing I've ever learned to do in Photoshop. I now have a whole folder full of decent skies that I've taken when I notice one. Then you just have to find a boring sky shot where there's not a million little lines in the way in the sky.
@kandkids This was an actual sky (just not this mornings) teeny bit darkened - not much - just be on the look out at the sky and different angles and times of day. Early gives you some neat ones.
Love the processing and great bokeh.
