Never shot one this early with so little light - took my tripod down to the start of the trail and tried a long exposure. Something different. (Then I hid the tripod and did my walking - picked it up on the way back. Not walking 6 miles with that!)
Can't blame you- I've hiked about a mile with mine and at first it was a little bulky but it came in handy when I needed a walking stick! This is pretty.
@tonydebont Fortunately, when and where I walk each morning there are very few other people - the trail starts quite near the city pool (not in use this time of year) which has a nice protected (and unnoticed) entranceway. Just left it in a little corner.
