On Alert

There are 3 hummingbirds in the backyard now - this ruby throated male and 2 females. So much chasing going on - you'd think they'd tire out! Can't see how they're draining the feeder - they won't let another stay for more than a second!

Yes, they are very active. We used to watch them up the canyon as they flew up and down the ridge.
