Hadn't seen any of these Chinese Lanterns in a couple of years - happened to spot a patch out near the high school today. Hopefully, they're in a safe spot - at least safe from the mowers - so I can watch them turn color.
@louannwarren That's what I've seen them do before once - usually our city mowers get them before I can see them turn but these are a little off that path - maybe they'll survive.
