We had just hit the turn around spot on our morning walk, when Aretha noticed a lot of activity in the cedar bush ahead. It was too far to really see so I took the camera and zoomed in - there were dozens+ of cedar waxwings working over the berries. Big wire fence between us so I couldn't get any closer. They didn't stay long - guess they were just passing through and needed a bite.
I love these guys! We would get a huge group of them annually for a few days in the house I previously lived at - they were very skittish and tough to catch with the camera. Glad you caught them and in a cedar bush!
