I Think I See a Problem

BOB. Not the best shot but I had been watching the 3 kayaks coming down to Low Water Bridge - river was high and running fairly fast. The kayaks pulled over to the bluff side and then all of a sudden I saw a lone paddle come floating down! You don't navigate that area without a paddle - They thought about tying two kayaks together but then changed their mind and hauled one kayak up the bluff. The others continued on.
