Haven't seen (except in flight) any of the larger butterflies so was real excited to catch this monarch. Maybe more will follow. Not monarch - viceroy. Thank you, Lynn.

This is a lovely capture...but must correct you...it is not a Monarch...It is a Viceroy butterfly...they are so similar, but the Viceroy has that line across its hindwing that identifies it.
