Almost a Look Alike

This is a female Diana Fritillary - common in the Southern Ozark Mountains the book says - but the first one that I've found. Looks quite similar to the Spicebush Swallowtail - without the tails.

Another lovely specimen.,and beautiful capture. What time of day are most of these photos? I am guessing morning.It looks like morning light.

@falcon11 This one was taken right after lunch, but it wasn't very sunny out. We had gone up to Mt. Magazine for lunch with a visiting 89 year old friend - who kept up well on seeing everything! Hope that's me in 15 more years.
