Very little cropping. At first I thought the white I was seeing was a piece of paper in the field and went to pick it up. Saw that it was a young scissortail flycatcher. He let me get this close and never moved - scared to death I guess. After taking several shots I backed off and he still never moved. By my next lap he was gone.
Wonderful shot....I think it is some kind of survival mechanism...had the same type experience with a young Snipe a few weeks back. Great capture. He looks to be studying you as hard as you are him!
