This kingfisher (my first I think) spent quite some time down at the creek going from tree to tree watching for a tasty morsel to swim by. Did finally spot one but I couldn't get the shot.
Wow, a Kingfisher! Amazing capture! I used to see them occasionally above the creek on the edge of our property, but I haven't seen one in years. Never got a picture, but hope to someday. Love the pretty light on yours!
This is truly a wonderful photo. Kingfishers keep their distance and stay on the move so much that they're hard to get, much less this close and detailed.
