Just noticed that as my 5th year ends, I've managed to find over 4000 photos to post - I wonder how many of them involved raindrops? A bunch I bet. I've struggled the last few months with one thing and another - and lack of inspiration - and wondered whether it would be best to take a break. Can't do it. Would miss the push to keep looking (though I think it's ingrained now) and I love the interaction. I feel I've come quite a way in composition and a few technical bits - but I love how you all keep me inspired and your friendly words always make a down day up! Thank you for every word you've written and every picture you've posted this year. May 2017 be an even better year for all.
Congratulations on five years here! Wow!! 4000 is a lot of photos! I so much enjoy your photos, i'm glad you are staying to share more Arkansas nature with us!! Happy New Year!
Wow, that is super, and to have that many pictures is awesome. I'm struggling a lot here lately to find good subject matter, but just can't hardly put it down. Looking forward to seeing more in the 2017. Keep em coming.
5 years. Well done. I have nearly finished my first year and have found loads of inspiration. I agree it becomes ingrained in you to take a shot each day
5 years is such an achievement and I hope you will continue as your images are beautiful. I have got so many raindrop photographs - there is nothing quite like that breathtaking feeling when you see them and this is another I would just find awe inspiring! Fav
I am heading into year 7 pretty soon, and I don't post every day, but I have enjoyed every minute of it. It has been nice getting to know you and to see all of your glorious dewy photos! I like the colors in this one and the arching piece of grass. Happy New Year!
Congratulations on year five and glad to hear you're staying on. I will be coming up to my first official year completion in mid January...I started and stopped back in 2014-2015. I kept saying this is more work then I had anticipated and would only do one year but really don't want to quit.
Round of applause for you, Milanie! 5 years and 4000 pictures is downright impressive! I took a break after just two years — shame on me. But the very things you knew you'd miss are what brought me back; I missed the push to see the world around me in more detail and I missed the interactions here. So glad you're determined to continue on. Thank you so much for the very kind words you shared on my New Year's Eve picture. They warmed my heart and made me smile.
Congratulations on your achievements. Looking forward to see more of your stunning photos.
So glad you decided to continue, I really enjoy your photos, you really inspire me with your photography!
