For me, at least. Didn't find a thing early and was tied up (with my great grandson) the rest of the day so that's given me the excuse to use these snow shots from last weekend. Bet that flicker has a cold beak!
I love that your beautiful image shows the yellow on this handsome fellow's wings. We don't see many Northern Flickers; but when we do, they're always the yellow-shafted like this. I'd love to see a red-shafted someday...perhaps when traveling out west. Beautiful snowy scene, Milanie!
