The only red shouldered hawk that have stayed put when we stopped the car today - Seemed a bit curious about me. Hope February brings more activity for other critters.

You do see the most amazing array of predator birds, and I'm so impressed that they stay put for you! The ones I see always zoom off the second the car starts to slow down. IL hawks are apparently very camera shy. Or ornery.
