We haven't seen the sun for more than a few moments in days! And this morning it was really gloomy - but noticed that the trail lights were just hitting the redbud tree which had just started to show its blossoms - the spot of pink was heartening.
It's nice to see some blossoms on a tree. All the snow we got two days ago is pretty much gone after a sunny day today. However, it is snowing right now. I believe we have officially gotten more snow in March than February. Thanks for the peak at Spring!
Sorry about the lack of sun. But I like the photo you did find. As I was driving home today, the late afternoon sun was striking a similar tree with lush pink blossoms. But after unpacking two different cars with shopping from the grocery and garden center, I returned to the tree to find that the sun had retreated behind the hill. I got decent photos, but not the ones I hoped for.
