All that rain in the shallow creek gave the first icicles this year - they absolutely fascinate me. We never get large ones, but do get interesting patterns frequently. Put a watercolor finish to this shot.
This really sparkles, the light on the ice makes it so sharp, stands out so well among the dark bark. The rusty coloured leaf is a great contrast with the light behind that too. This really hits your eye. Fav
You always find the most interesting things to photograph Milanie the leaf is adding some fantastic color to your shot! I also think one of the drops is about to fall!
I didn't spot the edit on this at first but was struck by the beauty of the image. The edit really compliments the splash and sparkle on the water. Lovely! Fav.
