Taken with my phone. Flat camera battery. This is called the glass house in Port Macquarie built on top of the convict ruins. It became a financial disaster as archaeologist examined the site before the pouring of the concrete. This opened up a whole enquiry about the council where they were dismissed. This culture centre since has been well used even though it started off in controversy.
Please forgive my not leaving comments on this and the two of the church. I expected to see photos of specific details on the architecture. You’ve presented the whole buildings—very interesting buildings you’ve chosen. I’d love to know more about the archeologists’ report on the ruins of the convict building and the controversy at the beginning of the project.
