Tempting looking berries

Although they may be poisoness. I'm not trying one. I do see one that looks partially eaten so maybe critters can eat them.

I don't think they are poisonous as the birds eat them. Do look like Cotoneaster, have small white flowers in clusters in May/June, evergreen and red berries from September / December. Ideal for home decoration.
