After the storm

We just had a terrible storm with heavy rain. I think there is flooding is some areas. This was taken through the window right after the storm when the sun was trying to come out. SOOC except for slight crop.

I was wondering if you used a texture to create the screen feel but I see not. That is what makes this so cool..... has alot of neat "effects" but was SOOC.
