Beautiful tree with little balls

It was a beautiful day yesterday but very cold. We decided to take a ride anyway for a photo op and this tree was in a park. I loved all the balls hanging from it.

What beautiful white bark on this tree!! It looks like it could be a Sycamore, but didn't know they had balls on them. I know the Sweet Gum trees do, but they don't have white bark. Either way, it's beautiful against that beautiful blue sky and looks very lacy! FAV!

These are the seed pods of a Sycamore tree. It really produced this year. When they open they look like tufts of cotton blowing in the air.

Pretty shot, Marilyn. I love the white of this tree. We have balls that drop this time of the year and make a mess. They are pretty though.
