Pretty pink flowers by mittens

Pretty pink flowers

These are in a container in my back yard and right now I can't remember the name of them.
I googled flowers and discovered that these are called Vinca.
Thank you very much for stopping by.
Beautiful

They're lovely but I can't remember what they're called either :)

very pretty, they come in white, pink and purple and variations of it - I think its called the Star of David. They grow into knee-high buses and spread their seeds like crazy - we consider them weeds

These are pretty flowers. I have some too. I thought they were impatiens but I looked up mine and found the name and that they prefer sun while the others prefer mostly shade.

They are so pretty !

LOL- another opinion! It looks like Impatients to me. Vinca is a vine, so I'm pretty sure it's not that. Nice shot.

@olivetreeann Thank you Ann. I also have impatiens and they really like the shade but these flowers love the sun and the leaves are different. Here is a website that shows the vincas like mine. I hope this helps. https://www.growveg.com/plants/us-and-canada/how-to-grow-vinca-annual/

@mittens Interesting- I'm only familiar with the Vinca that's a vine and it doesn't flower. Sadly I don't have any plants in my pots this year otherwise I'd show you!

They are beautiful, such delicate flowers.

Yes, they are vincas. I have them in my garden and they are very hardy, resisting strong sunshine and lack of water. Unfortunately I lost a few of them when we had a storm with hurricane winds. But they regenerate very quickly.
