We will never forget by mittens

We will never forget

This is not my photo but one I got off of the Internet. I wanted to share it in remembrance of that tragic day.

Sept. 11, 2001
Nearly 3,000 people lost their lives by terrorists who flew passenger jets into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and crashed into a field in Shanksville, PA. It changed our lives forever and we will never forget.
I will never forget. Never.

Thank you for posting this. I remember that day and my incredulity that such a tragedy could possibly be happening.

I also remember watching and not really believing it could be true. It happened at lunchtime here, but I don't think many people were able to eat anything at all while looking at those terrible images on TV.

How quickly the years pass. I remember being off work that day and Allan phoned to tell me to put TV on. So shocking at every level.

I happened to be babysitting and the kids program on the tv was interrupted. I ran to the set for the little ones not to see what was being televised. I'll never forget that day.

Never Forget...

Now instead of flying into buildings and crashing into fields they are burning our cities and ruining peoples' homes and businesses while murdering innocent by-standers. Thank you for your timely post. Yes, let us NEVER forget and work to stop it from happening again.

I blow my head in respect to those who lost their lives on that day. I had just arrived home from the office for lunch when it happened and saw it almost live on tv. What a tragedy that was.
