Mighty tree

My husband and I went on a photo shoot at a park yesterday and this tree really impressed me. There were not too many people in the park because of all the snow and it was pretty cold.

Beautiful scene, Marilyn! Is that a birch tree? I need to take a nature walk on a nearby trail soon as it warms up a bit. The birds are starting to appear and prepare for mating season.

Is the tree white with snow Marilyn or is that it's natural colour? It looks like it could do with a wooly jumper!

@purplehaze12 The tree didn't have snow on it, Hazel, and it was really white looking. It was really striking.

@purplehaze12 I'm wrong, Hazel. I looked at the tree closer and it does seem to have some snow on top of the branches. The tree is so light, you can hardly tell.
