I took our oldest granddaughter over to her other grandparents home on Christmas morning and it looked so incredibly odd to see all the stores closed and every parking lot vacant. I should have taken a few pictures.

The street sure looks abandoned. It gives it a Leary feel, like you're waiting what will jump out from the darkness.
