Danette, this was shot at the Royal Palm Station / Gumbo Limbo Trail not far from the eastern entrance to The Everglades. This is a favorite stop for us......always loads of wildlife - even in the rain on this visit !
OMG, Shirley. This is just fabulous. I love the Great Blues and have captured a few in the past but this is by far the best. Picture-perfect and a fav. This should make Top 20.
Just gorgeous. Well done. i won't tell you that when I was out walking the other day by a road to a marsh there was just a head of one of these in the road. Something had a good dinner of the rest of it I suppose.
