I see this flag when out on my daily walk. I had never seen one before so had to do a little internet research to find it. For those of you who haven’t seen it before as well this an Ecology or Environmental Awareness Flag. Wikepedia says it was flown mostly in the 70’s, mostly in the US and was designed by a 16 year old high school student to commemorate the first Earth Day.
