'Life Won't Always Be This Good'

Lucky cows. Relaxing in the sun in their field with a view. Donegal, thirty minutes from Derry where I grew up (and you can see in yesterdays 365 shots). Such a contrast. Summers were spent round this area when I was growing up. Across Lough Foyle is Northern Ireland in the background. Posting a photo from the little beach in my Extras album. http://365project.org/moirab/extras/2012-06-03

It must have been quite a contrast for you, but must have been great spending the summers in such beautiful surroundings. Nice capture.

Nothing like relaxed cattle

A lovely peaceful scene. I saw lots of cows in Yorkshire yesterday - but most of them sheltering from the rain, poor things.

@gijsje It is such a beautiful county I was very blessed having it next door growing up in Derry with all the nonsense going on there. For several years my parents rented a tiny cottage in Greencastle. The only problem was the weather it is so unpredicatable and it rains so much. Glad you have enjoyed your Irish holidays and Donegal! The Inishowen 100 bet you have done that what a road trip! So many beautiful places. :oD

@sailingmusic Thanks so much for the fave and comment. We had been out for lunch and after that we called in on the great niece of my aunt who was over from Canada to celebrate her 80th birthday. Her niece lives in Belfast and has a holiday home directly opposite this beach! Lucky family!
