My team celebrating an unofficial CD release party. I was away a couple of days for a business conference. Of course we worked a lot, but as team event we created our own business unit “rap”. Under supervision and with instructions by a music professional we texted, wrote, practised and finally each and everyone rapped their lines to be recorded with a hip hop background in a mobile sound studio. The musician and this technician, mixed the “rap” and only short time later, we had the release party and had fun with our own produced piece.
You should have seen the faces, when my boss dropped the message, that we are doing a rap. But then it was so much fun.
I must say, that in my professional life I was part of many team or team building events, but I rarely had so much fun.
