The combination of goat cheese, with a drizzle of raw honey, some almonds, hazel- and walnuts, herbs and fresh crispy bread has always been a favorite quick dinner for me,... (my hubby does not like goat cheese as much as I do,... but there are other type of cheeses for him too! No wonder, we are Swiss people after all ;-) )
