The summer lake festival is the biggest event in my region. Which attracts around 20'000 visitors, and is organised and run by the voluntary fire service from our town.
Along the lake promenade various bistros and stalls offer a large variety of food and refreshments. The highlight is the gigantic firework display with music. This year my husband won two tickets for the firework cruise, with cocktail and dessert. (Only 125 winners). And lucky me, he took me along! ;-) So first time ever we enjoyed the firework from the boat, with my city in the backdrop. Not so good to take pictures of a firework on a rolling boat, but nevertheless a great and exciting opportunity.
Soon my 365 frineds will have Canada Day and 4th of July festivities with lots of fireworks. Looking forward to see your great pictures. Enjoy, have fun and take care!
