That was probably what this stranger was thinking,... he walked unashamed in front of my camera and into "my frame" and stood there for a while. Well, normally I'm rather shy sneaking a picture of people, but not here. I took some,... unashamed. Actually I was rather glad to have a silhouette enhancing the drama in my stormy weather pic. 😉
I love it! That's a PHOTOGRAPH, not a snap shot. How great you and he were at the same place at the same time and you took full advantage of that serendipities' moment. The sky is the perfect backdrop, too.
The sky is interesting and his silhouette is dramatic but it is the white of the sneakers that grabs the eye. I’m guessing it is because everything else appears to be shades of grey but they have what appears to be the definitive white. I’d be interested in seeing the histogram for this.
Beautiful shot and great sky. So interesting that today unbeknownst to each other we took a b&w picture with the silhouette of a man. Yours looks like posing, well aware that you were taking his photo. Fav
If you were visible with your camera, there's no need to be ashamed. The view of the lake and clouds and surrounding mountains is lovely. I find it interesting how vivid the soles of his shoes are.
