There are two wonderful monuments in Zadar, by Nikola Bašic, a local architect. One is the „sun salutation“ a 22 meter wide circle with solar cells, that collects energy during the day light and produces a great light show at night (as well as collecting enough sunlight for the harbour lightning). The other one is a unique sea organ, set in the sea with perforated stone and a system of pipes, that exudes wistful sights when the movement of the sea pushes air through it. As we haven’t been there for the night lights and I can not transmit the wonderful sound of the organ, have here our joy of the day... a 10 sec timed greeting from Zadar, Croatia.
