Every May we have a traditional market where handmade pottery objets are sold. It's called "L'escuraeta" (which basically means "pottery"). These birds are actually whistles; you have to fill them with water and blow, and the sound they produce is quite similar to birds singing. They are very popular with children - as are the bells in the background.
