Mona de pascua

In my area we celebrate Easter Monday, and it's traditional to go to the countruside or a park to eat these buns. You can also find "monas" not covered in chocolate, and with a real egg, but why would you?

@lmsa It is! Mainly because you can only get them for some days a year. I wnated to get one today, but they don't sell them any more until next year...
