Red and yellow by monikozi

Red and yellow

I don't know why is this image so appealing to me. I took it for the panning challenge and forgot to change the camera mode to monochrome. The shot is sooc. There is nothing exceptional in this image. Yet i like it so much as to bore you all with it.
Nicely done!

I like it a lot! Think this is a very attractive picture because of the bright yellow and the read repeating itself. (red car, then the car light in the yellow car, followed by the lines on the road). On top of that the yellow car is very sharp! Well done.

You've capture LIFE in action. I completely get that "I like this image but don't know why..." thing. Glad you've shared it with us; it's got a sense of happiness to it.
Thanks, again, for the thoughtful comment shared on my arranged still life the other day. Appreciate it.

Great street and traffic shot

Lovely shot. The yellow and red match the color of the road stripes. Nice comp and balance.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts. With your help I realised why I like this pohotograph. it;s the contrast between the sharpness of the yellow car (amazing little lens) and the movement in the rest of the image. Not only the other car and the people are moving, but also, as it is a panning capture, the fence in the background and the hedge in the foreground are 'moved', and even the lines on the pavement. Also, that bright green line of grass in the background adds to the colour palette, as the neutral gray of the asphalt makes the yellow red and green pop up.
Geez... so much talk...
Thank you all very much! You are such a cool community!

this is a grand panning shot, perfect settings, too. i like the clarity of the yellow car. i'd be happier with this if the red one's nose didn't get cut off. but it is a really good panning shot. aces!

@summerfield thank you. Indeed the red nose bugged me too. At first. The, i thought that if the red car was all in the capture, the photograph would have been too much 'by the rule'. I think it is much more true to life like that.
