Well, this pretty work is supposed to be done by professionals. I mean: not anyone may get up on a street pole and add cables, right?
On this particular street, there are about 10 such poles, all in such chaos. This one has caught my eye because the building behind is in a decrepit state.
@yaorenliu@ludwigsdiana I live in a rather small town, roughly 160k inhabitants. And this particular street is a residential area, with private houses up to 2 storeys on average. This mess is totally unjustified. But as Kathy said above: what would i know? ( except that it fits the chaos theme:) )
Good observation. A street photographer's nightmare. It is very difficult, sometimes impossible, to remove it from the pictures. The only remedy is a cable buried underground, but that is much more expensive.
@borof well, there are a lot of streets and poles that do not display this chaos. Even on the same street as this one, there are a couple that look much more civilized. I wonder how the phone/cable/electical workers sort them out.
I`m glad we get the cables into the ground. Nice and clean. Only the high voltage lines in the country are into the air. ( and I try to avoid them in most of my pic.`s.
Ghaos is a good name for it. Great find and capture .
(I think the pic. processing is a secret of the artist.)
