I photographed it before and thought it would make a good subject; but not a good collage. I do love the little hearts around the face; and the strong chain its on.
However it does need winding at least four times a day.

Mum gave it to me and said it still worked. So, I've been wearing it and winding it every four or five hours.
What amazes me is that sometimes I'll wind it at 11pm before I go to bed and when I get up at 7am, it'll still be showing the right time and going; while other mornings it would have stopped at 3am.
Maybe you could bring it to a clockmaker to have a check up on it. It maybe needs a drop of oil here and there and a remove of dirt and then you don't have to wind it so often. But that's just an idea. It looks gorgeous.
