Yesterday, I bought a little lot of fabric poppies to wear on my handbag while I shopped in remembrance of today.
Today is also my cousin's birthday. I hope he's having a great day. Happy Birthday, cous!
It's also the day we let our dear little Staffie-cross, Jessie, go (aged 14 1/2) as she was too old to make it through Christmas. It was 10 years ago today we had to make that hard decision; but it's better than her being in pain.
