Pear In The Morning

This morning, I cut up some of Little Miss Stevie's favourite snack - a pear - and put it on top of her cage. After much running around (and finding out what I was eating) she nibbled on her sugar fix.

I couldn't stop by without looking for little Miss Stevie! I have a canary who likes apples & lettuce, but I hadn't thought of pears. I'll bet he'd love that! Thanks for the suggestion. And now if I could only get a photo this cute!

@Weezilou when I first tried out fruit last year, she was terrified and very suspicious about it... now, she runs around and loves eating fruit that I give her; knowing it's sweet and sugary. :)
