Today is the Royal Annual Show Holiday for Brisbane City. It's also my shopping day; and I keep forgetting how crowded it gets when this day comes around at the shops.
Today, though, the weather played havoc on everyone. First it started out nice and sunny. I found a nice handbag to replace my shoulder bag, then those menacing rainclouds showed up; but not before a crow showed us where he thought his castle was... just before the heavens opened up!
When I sat waiting for a taxi, I found that I needed a jacket! I really, really needed a jacket; as it had turned very cold suddenly. Now, looking outside, the day hasn't improved much with dark clouds, drizzle and the temps being around 18 degrees Celsius.
Writer, poet, artist and prolific reader.... that's me.
I'm a collector of books, vinyls, coin purses and strange handbags... that's me too.
Otherwise, I love...
@loey5150@cmt2812@digitalrn@miata2u thank you all for your lovely comments about my day out. It's been raining overnight since yesterday... nicen'nsoggy now here in Brissie. :)
