Yesterday was a busy day for me. But the afternoon was so much fun! Mum and I went out to Spotlight at Logan. This place is a home furnishing person's dream. If you love to sew, knit, crochet, do tapestry, design, have a new house and need to put a new touch to it, this is the place to go!
The funniest thing we saw was the trolley we picked... this is what not to do with a trolley seat. Just makes ya think, doesn't it?
Mum and I had fun the yarn section where there was a sale! I'm the knitter in the family and so we found some lovely yarns of all kinds to keep me occupied for the next few months! Then, we found a new set of red sheet for me for Summer, and then we found my birthday gift: a new cover for my lounge! My current one has a massive hole in it where I sit and I can't wash it (it's just from wear and tear.
Yes, we had a lot of fun with her credit card; then I bought her a nice cup of coffee at Gloria Jeans downstairs and we rested before going home. :)
