In Fortitude Valley, there's a movie theatre which is below street level; which means it's also the same level as the Brisbane River. I've been there a couple of times and have found it smells terribly of mould. But it's also been there forever... holds the best movie nights and the greatest film festivals. Well worth a visit to see what's playing.
