Today, I was out and about at the doctors - nothing to worry about - then off to do some shopping. When I returned to Mum and Dad's house, I had picked up a new umbrella (because my Bunnings one had sprung a horrendous leak).
While there, I spotted this cheeky little bird - and his family - enjoying my parents' back yard. This one was sheltering under the eaves of the house not far from the kitchen window. I got quite a few good photos; of him sleeping, picking out a feed, hanging around the trees and then spotting me too! He also loved to sing to just about anyone who could whistle; including me. What a cutie!

@BevAnneS aahh, that little hammock is there for the possums to snooze in during day. However, with a dog around sometimes, they don't venture into Mum and Dad's yard too much anymore; so Dad's left it there in case they do come back. :)
