Yesterday while I was out with Geoff, we spotted this stump by a river near where him and his wife live at Thorneside. I love the lines in it. It shows how long it's been there.

I will always remember learning about how to tell the age of a tree. I had to do a report on it when I was a kid and that may of been the only report that I had to do that I really enjoyed. I loved learning about trees.. Great shot!
