Today was my day out at New Farm Park for my meditation group. I arrived right on midday and found only Will there and we both had things to give each other. I had promised to burn him a copy of Jamiroquai's 'High Times' cd for him (and did yesterday morning while I the time before blogging). And he had made me a necklace to help me be more grounded with meditation. It's beautiful and I'll show it to you guys tomorrow.
However, today, it started out lovely and turned overcast quickly. I noticed we had a few spits of rain and right when we were going to get in to our group session, it poured! This was around 3pm or so. So, we waited until it cleared up and jumped right in and did it, packed up and left before it got dark at around 4pm.
Will and I caught the City Cat from the Powerhouse and I got off at Southbank where I walked to my stop; and he kept going to his stop around the other bend of the river where he'd only need to walk to his place.
In the main photo, I'm sitting with the group just before the group meditation while they're playing blades of grass between their thumbs. I tried it out, but didn't get it right... so gave up after a few tries. I guess I'm more of a woodwind player, not a reed. :P

@loey5150@digitalrn We did have a lot of fun playing blades of grass... and it was hilarious when a few of us didn't know how to. Even funnier was when we got into stretching and some of us weren't as flexible as we thought. :P
