Good Friday Dinner

Last night, I cooked up some Tasmanian Salmon and had it with a lovely salad and home made mayonnaise. It was delicious!

For dessert, I made a pot of decaf green tea and had some dark chocolate... a lovely end to a very nice dinner. :)

Yum, now I got hungry! But I am lucky because we have some fish sandwich cake in the fridge - left over from yesterday when we had our son's wedding party. We some sweet cakes as well so I need not stay hungry for long.
