Electric Corn Cakes

Yesterday morning, Gabe tried out the electric cake maker. It's made with teflon and is supposed to be great! But!.... they burned to a crisp and stuck to the bottom of it like you wouldn't believe!

So, he made another batch and cooked them in a pan instead and called them Electric Corn Cakes just for fun; and the name stuck! They're savoury corn cakes with parsley, corn and pancake mixture... yummo!

Well they sound good. Are they made with cornmeal?

@digitalrn I'm not sure. Gabe made them and so I stayed out of the kitchen when he put them together. :)
